8 Upcoming Games Of 2016

This year is going to be a heaven for gamers because E3 released trailer of some of the big name in the industry and some innovative ones too. Btw we also make games and apps for your business, please check out our Portfolio

8. TitanFall 2 (Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC):

That multi-player video, wow! We found ourselves stammering half words in excitement every few seconds, and then that midair grapple kill at the end… Just wow. The last game preview to have us this excited for the prospect of something new, fresh, genre-changing, was the original Titanfall. They’ve done it again, and we cannot wait.

Not even mentioning the potential for a real single player campaign. This game deserves to absolutely trounce CoD this year. We’re honestly more excited for this than we are for Battlefield 1. DICE will definitely need to pull off something brand new to get us interested in anything else but Titanfall 2.

Developer: Respawn Entertainment

Publisher: Electronic Arts

Genre: First-person shooter

7. Forza Horizon 3 (Windows 10, Xbox One):

We were at E3 last week and able to pick the brains of Jon Knoles and a few other devs that were on hand at the booth across multiple trips throughout the week. Here’s some bits we got out of them:

  • Map is about 2.5 times larger than Forza Horizon 2. It’s about the same jump in scale from Horizon 1 to Horizon 2.
  • Road trips are gone. They didn’t specify whether they were gone as online objectives (as implemented in H1), but before every championship.
  • Standard racing lobbies are making a return.
  • Capture the Flag is a new Playground mode.
  • Nothing significant has been added to the Club system (not really a priority).
  • The wheel setups were running on PC, 2160p (4K) at 30 fps on a single GTX 980 Ti. They confirmed it would be shipping at 30, but unlockable to higher framerates (cautioning that you’d need a pretty beast rig to pull it off).
Platform Resolution Frame Rate

Windows 10 Up to 4K No limits

6.The Last Guardian (PS4):

It was running way too slowly on the previous generation, we think lower than 20 fps. All of the demos had to be manually sped up so it didn’t look terrible to play.

Entire teams were brought in to try and optimize it for PS3. It eventually took so long that Sony decided to move it to the PS4, which meant all of the code written for the PS3 had to be ported over.

5. Dead Rising 4 (Xbox One, W10):

Wow, this really takes us back. We completely forgot about this. Thanks for the nostalgia! Remember in Dead Rising when people with non HD tv had trouble reading text? Those were the days. Dead Rising 1 was the reason why many bought Xbox 360, Dead rising 2 was great for co op and dead rising 3 felt like a letdown. We think dead rising lost its focus when they made the combo items because the game felt balanced around the combo weapons and Dead rising 1 was great in the fact that you find weapons hidden, get your power weapons through the hard boss battles, or find weapons scattered around. We are hoping that dead rising 4 is more like that instead of having a locker that gets you everything you ever need.

Publisher: Microsoft

Genre: Open World Survival Horror Beat ‘Em Up

Release date: November 23rd, 2016

4. Battlefield 1 (Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC) :

Dynamic weather sounds is hell awesome. Always a feature we wished more games had, since we feel like it would make the replay-ability so much better. We guess they choose to not go for bolt action rifles as their primary weapons to present their community with something more relatable (e.g. SMGs and LMGs fired from the hip). Judging from what we’ve seen Verdun still does a better job at delivering a World War 1 vibe. However Dice seem to stay true to the new Battlefield formula they are following since Battlefield 3. People who’re still faithful to the likes of Battlefield 2 or 2142 probably won’t like it but fans of Battlefield 3, 4 and Hardline will be pleased.

Publisher: Electronic Arts

Genre: First-person shooter

 3. Deus Ex : Mankind Divided (PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Microsoft Windows) –

We’ve been replaying directors cut with commentary. Our appreciation for the game itself and the work that has gone into it is much greater the second time around (it helps that we’re not as lost this time). We do wish the actual commentary system was a bit better done.

The parts that got the most love in HR were spectacular. The parts that were bad (and we consider DX:HR to have a lot of flaws) are clearly the result of lack of time or resources. We don’t think they’ll make the mistake of shortchanging the dev team this time, and the result should be great.

Well, New arm cannon, arm blades that can fire out and pin people to the wall like the Painkiller stakegun, some sort of Crysis-style armor mode, horizontal Icarus system for jump attacks, stun darts, slide attacks and gunfu. Jensen has gotten a lot of upgrades. We see the Illumanti will be more involved as well. 😉

2. Dishonored 2 (PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Microsoft Windows) :

We were a bit disappointed with how much they showed off during the conference. When they showed off Dishonored 1 at E3 2012, they showed an entire mission, start to finish. During this year’s Demo for Dishonored 2, it just seemed like “Hey, remember all that stuff you can do in the first game? It’s here, too! Also Emily’s Powers or something…. All they did is cut out a large chunk of a mission and just showed us more of what Dishonored 1 could already do. We did like the Timepiece part of the Demo, but it was so short and basic. We’ll feel relieved when they finally show us how Dishonored 2 differs from the first game besides absolutely GORGEOUS Graphics and Powers.

Also; Delilah… Yaaaaay!

1.Final Fantasy XV (PlayStation 4, Xbox One):

No kidding. This is the first Final Fantasy that’s caught our attention in a very long time (since the first release of X). But, on a more serious note, the car traveling aspect seems like it has a lot of promise. We wonder if it’s going to be entirely free-roam (We hope it’s this) or if those are just glorified loading screens going from zone to zone. We didn’t know we wanted car travel, but now that we’ve seen it we can’t live without it. The fact that the car is stylish is just the cherry on top.

The aesthetics are supposed to take a lot from Italy this time around, right?
